Returns & Replacements
Products are eligible for return or replacement only if found defective or physically damaged upon delivery. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return process. All returns are subject to verification and approval.

All transactions on our website are securely processed through Cashfree Payments, a third-party payment gateway. Prisol India is not responsible for errors or delays caused by the payment processor.

5. Warranty Policy
All electronic products sold are covered by a standard manufacturer’s warranty as per Indian Consumer Protection Laws. Warranty terms typically cover manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.

The warranty does not cover:

Physical damage caused by misuse

Products damaged due to electrical faults, water exposure, or tampering

Software issues caused by unauthorized changes or third-party apps

For warranty claims, proof of purchase (invoice) is mandatory.
